Dietary Department




AM Dietary Aide:

  • Morning Dietary Aide - 5:30am-1pm.
  • Maximum of 16-hours a week (interested in FT please let us know- there are opportunities for more hours)
  • Every other weekend and every other holiday

Assists in the overall dietary program for the preparation of meals in accordance with current applicable federal and state standards. Responsible for serving of meals to the residents in the dining room; assisting residents as needed with preparation of their plates; maintaining sanitary conditions in the dining room and preparation area. Assures quality food service for our residents, staff and guests.




Nursing Department




RN/LPN

  • Parttime (options of 8- or 12-hr shifts)
  • 1st shift 6am-2pm
  • 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm
  • 3rd Shift 10pm-6am
  • every other weekend/holiday rotation

 


MDS Coordinator:

  • Position requires an active RN license in the State of Iowa.
  • Monday- Friday 8am-4pm (Hours may vary based on facility need)
  • Active participate with the on-call rotation (Friday-Sunday)- incentive based on-call. On-call rotation includes every 4th-6th weekend.


The MDS/Care Plan Coordinator is responsible for completing MDS documents and preparing resident plans of care timely and efficiency . Furthermore, the MDS/Care Plan Coordinator is responsible for conducting quality audits and reporting results to the DON.
In addition, the MDS/Care Plan Coordinator tasks and duties, this position will include weekly skin assessments as the center's Wound Nurse.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.50 minimum Experience Based Pay.

CNA:

  • CNA — 1st shift FULLTIME
    (5-8- hour shifts (6am-2pm) or 3-12- hours shifts (6am-6pm))
  • CNA — PRN all shifts
  • CMA — PRN all shifts

The certified nursing assistant is responsible for assisting with resident care within their scope of practice as well as other work which supports the residents’ environment and home. The certified nursing assistant assists to ensure optimal resident care is provided. The certified nursing assistant assists the team to provide and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents and tenants. Tasks include components of direct patient care, nutrition, observation, documentation, general maintenance of the residents’ environment, assuring resident safety and duties not specifically listed but logical to the position as directed by the supervisor.
