Dietary Department
Dietary Aide- PRN (as needed)
Assists in the overall dietary program for the preparation of meals in accordance with current applicable federal and state standards. Responsible for serving of meals to the residents in the dining room; assisting residents as needed with preparation of their plates; maintaining sanitary conditions in the dining room and preparation area. Assures quality food service for our residents, staff and guests.
Housekeeping Department
Housekeeper
- Housekeeper - Parttime (up to 16 hours per week)- 6am-2pm
- Every 4th weekend (not every other weekend).
Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned. Cleaning resident rooms, main corridor areas, cleaning shower rooms, at times laundry services.
Nursing Department
Assistant Director of Nursing / MDS Coordinator
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse License required
- Fulltime Monday- Friday
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Director of Nursing / MDS Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee nursing operations, coordinate the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, complete weekly skin assessments as the Wound Nurse and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of resident care while managing documentation, staff supervision, and interdisciplinary communication. This position includes being part of an on-call rotation every 4 weeks- incentive based pay!
RN/LPN
- Parttime (options of 8- or 12-hr shifts)
- 1st shift 6am-2pm Parttime
- 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm Fulltime
- PRN for all shifts
- every other weekend/holiday rotation
CNA:
- CNA 1st shift Fulltime and Parttime positions available
The certified nursing assistant is responsible for assisting with resident care within their scope of practice as well as other work which supports the residents’ environment and home. The certified nursing assistant assists to ensure optimal resident care is provided. The certified nursing assistant assists the team to provide and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents and tenants. Tasks include components of direct patient care, nutrition, observation, documentation, general maintenance of the residents’ environment, assuring resident safety and duties not specifically listed but logical to the position as directed by the supervisor.
