Are you looking for a way to give back to your community and doesn’t require a lot of time …look no further? Clarksville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking volunteers to assist in our meal delivery program. Our current program is supported by an army of volunteers from churches to individuals. In addition to a warm well-balanced meal this program offers a safety check that helps our elders and those with disabilities live a safe, healthy and supportive independence. The meal delivery program is offered 7 days a week except for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas day. Each day of the week meals are delivered right to the doors of our elders and those with disabilities between 11:00 and 12:00 a.m. If you are interested, please contact Rachel the Dietary Manager at 319-278-4900.
